How old do I have to be to open an account and play at Pinnacle?
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to play at the Pinnaclebook or Pinnacle casino. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Pinnacle reserves the right to request proof of age, perform checks to verify any information provided and refuse any application without further correspondence.
How do I change my Odds format?
The option to change the odds format is located in the upper left corner of the website above the Pinnacle logo and to the right of the language selector.
Can I open more than one Pinnacle account?
Each client is allowed only one account number and only one account may use the same IP address and/or computer. Funds added to duplicate accounts using the same name will be transferred to the original account with any required adjustments. Accounts for more than one person in the same household are allowed, however adjustments may be applied at the discretion of Pinnacle, should either account be identified as acting in bad faith. Duplicate accounts in the same name will be suspended.
Do I need to open separate accounts to play in the sportsbook, and casino?
By opening a Pinnacle account you will automatically gain access to the Internet’s leading online sportsbook, and award-winning casino without the need to register again. All funds credited to your Pinnacle account will be held in a single, virtual wallet which you can use to transfer to the Pinnacle casino at anytime.
Can I view the odds without opening an account?
Yes. Simply go to the betting menu for a full listing of all bet offers available for wagering at Pinnacle.
How can I change the email address registered to my Pinnacle account?
To change the registered email address of your Pinnacle account, please contact our Customer Service Department at csd@pinnaclesports.com using the email address currently registered to your account. Please include your Client ID.
What if I have forgotten the answer to my Personal Security Question?
You will have been prompted to provide a Personal Security Question and Answer during the Sign Up process. You can change either of these pieces of information at any time by Logging-In and going to My Account>Personal Details. If you cannot remember your Personal Security Question and/or Answer and cannot log-in, please email Customer Services: csd@pinnaclesports.com.
What if I forget my Client ID or Password?
Forgotten Client ID
Your Pinnacle account Client ID will have been emailed when you signed up. If you have forgotten it, in the first instance please refer back to that email which will include 'Pinnacle' in the subject line. It may help you remember your Client ID to know that it begins with two letters (Latin Characters)- which will be your initials - followed by no more than six numbers. e.g Joe Bloggs might have a Client IDJB123456.
If these tips do not help, please follow the Lost Client ID process and ensure that when prompted to provide an email address that it is the address registered to your Pinnacle account.
Forgotten Password
You will have chosen your Pinnacle account Password during the Sign Up process. If you cannot remember it please follow the 'Lost Password' link. You will need your Client ID and the Email address registered to the account, as well as the Answer to your Personal Security Question. The Lost Log-In Details process will send a new temporary password to the email registered to the account; note this isn't instantaneous so please be patient. If you are still unable to retrieve your Password, please do not sign-up for an additional account. Contact Customer Services by emailing csd@pinnaclesports.com, using the email address registered to the account; please include your Client ID. If you cannot remember your Client ID refer to the section above, and if you cannot remember your Personal Security Question please refer to the separate relevant FAQ.
