Can I receive a payout to my WebMoney account?
Yes but withdrawals using WebMoney are accepted only if funds were originally deposited using WebMoney and they can only be returned to the same WebMoney ID as the account depositing.
To request a payout please log into your Pinnacle account and select Cashier - WebMoney Withdrawal. Complete the form and your withdrawal will be forwarded for processing.
WebMoney withdrawals are returned to the same WebMoney passport with a status of "Formal", "Initial", "Personal" or "Merchant" as the deposit. Withdrawal requests to "Alias" passports will be declined.
Please note that all withdrawals for more than $10,000 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency) require manager approval, therefore there may be a delay in processing these withdrawals.
Clients who do not use our account to account transfer option receive one free withdrawal per calendar month. There is no minimum withdrawal amount for your free withdrawal each month but please be aware that some payment providers set minimum withdrawal limits.

Is there a fee for using my Credit/Debit card with Pinnacle?
There is no fee incurred when using your credit/debit card to deposit funds. All transactions appear as purchases and Pinnacle absorbs any processing fees.
Do I have to complete a new Credit/Debit Card Security form each time I use my credit/debit card?
No. Clients must only submit a Credit/Debit Card Authorization Form the first time each unique credit/debit card is used, with a copy of your picture identification and credit/debit card, front and back. The form and all required information will be emailed once your credit card has been accepted.
For your security and the protection of Pinnacle, only scanned documents securely uploaded from the Web site will be accepted. The transmission and storage of all data is protected using the very latest firewall and 128-bit certificate-based encryption technology. This is the same Internet security standard for online transactions as demanded by major financial institutions around the World.
Please log into your account and go to the ‘Personal Details’ page of the My Account section of the Web site to securely upload your documents. Alternatively, required documents can also be safely uploaded by following the onscreen instructions on the ‘Make a Deposit’ page in the Cashier section. Documents submitted by email or fax are not accepted and will be deleted upon arrival.
Please do not include the 3 digit CVV2 or CVC2 Card Security Code when scanning the credit card information. This number is located on the back of your credit card. Either delete this information from the scan or cover these numbers before scanning the back of your card. Please ensure your complete signature and all necessary information is fully legible before submitting any information.
Documents should be uploaded within three days of the initial transaction with each card. No withdrawals will be processed without the proper credit card information held on file and approved by Pinnacle.
What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?
By allowing you to authenticate your transaction directly with your card issuer Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode give you the reassurance that only you can use your card for payments online.
You may enroll for Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode in two ways:

- MasterCard SecureCode - www.mastercard.com - Enroll while on the Pinnacle website
Your card issuer may allow you to enrol while on the Pinnacle website. When making a deposit you may be presented with a screen offering you the opportunity to enrol in either the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode schemes. If you choose to enrol while on the Pinnacle website, you will provide information to your card issuer via a secure server to confirm your identity and then create your Verified by Visa password or MasterCard SecureCode.
Once you have enrolled, all future deposits you make via the Pinnacle website will require you to enter your Verified by Visa password or MasterCard SecureCode, therefore protecting your card payment.

What is Pinnacle’ non-sufficient funds return policy?
All winnings derived from a deposit later reported as non-sufficient funds (NSF) or that cannot be collected for any other reason by Pinnacle will be void. For accounts with minus balances, any pending plays, whether from the NSF deposit or not, will be cancelled. If the NSF deposit is subsequently cleared, the client is eligible to receive payment for his original deposit only. This policy applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

Do you have to send and receive funds in the same name as my Pinnacle account?
Yes. All funds deposited to an account must be sent and received in the same name as the account holder. Funds received by Pinnacle sent by someone other than the account holder will not be accepted. Winnings will also only be sent in the same name as the account holder.
Furthermore, the name and address you enter when registering for an account will be used to send your winnings to you. Banks will not process these payments if the name of the account holder listed on your bank account is different to your Pinnacle account.
Can I change my current account to another currency?
Yes, but only if your account has never been funded. Please contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail at csd@pinnaclesports.com including details of your Client ID and the new currency you would like to change your account to.
If you have ever made a deposit to your Pinnacle account, the currency cannot be changed. However, a new Pinnacle account may be opened to replace your existing account. Please advise our Customer Service Department by e-mail at csd@pinnaclesports.com and include your existing Client ID and your new currency preference.
Any funds held in your existing account will be converted to your preferred currency using the daily OANDA inter-bank and transferred to your new Pinnacle account. Please note that there will be a surcharge of 2.75% of the total amount transferred.
What conversion rate do you use for exchange rates?
The daily conversion rate used by Pinnacle is obtained from www.oanda.com. The OANDA rate we use is the standard inter-bank rate. Pinnacle does not receive this rate on currency exchanges therefore on transfers between accounts of different currencies there will be a surcharge of 2.75% of the total amount transferred.
Please note that the conversion rate from OANDA and that used by your credit card company or any other money transferring agency may differ. As a result, Pinnacle does not accept any responsibility for any differences in the exchange rate charged.
What currencies can I use to fund my account?
When you register for a Pinnacle account, you will be asked to select your preferred currency. Please select carefully as it is not possible to change currency information once your account has been funded. You may fund your Pinnacle account using the following currencies:

What is the minimum deposit amount required to open an account?
There is no minimum deposit amount required to open an online account with Pinnacle. However, some payment solutions do have minimum deposit limits.
