Self-exclusion – If you feel you need a break

Setting your limits
Customers may choose to set the amount that they would like to risk or lose at Pinnacle. Simply email our Customer Service Department from your registered email address and request your specific limit.
If you think you need to take a total break from gambling, simply request that your limit is set to zero and advise us how long you would like to be excluded for.
Limits can be set for a rolling time period, or a set date range. Should you wish to change your limits, the change will be subject to a seven-day cooling off period, at which time the set limit will be automatically updated.

Session Time Limit
To reduce how long you spend on each visit to Pinnacle you can set a limit on your session time. Our system will automatically log off your session after the set time has been reached. You can set this by emailing our Customer Service Department from your registered email address and requesting to set a limit.
Please note that if you are in any of our Casino products, the session time will not apply, but when you return to the Pinnaclebook, you will be logged out.

Underage gambling/Parental Control
Underage gambling is against the law. Pinnacle takes its responsibility in respect of underage gambling very serious and therefore reserve the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their accounts until the necessary documents are provided. Anyone under the age of 18 or the legal age in its jurisdiction which is found to be using the site will have any winnings forfeited and will also be reported to the appropriate authorities.
