About PSE

PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea) is a secure online payment system that allows users to transfer funds directly from their bank accounts for online purchases and services in Colombia.

Processing Time

PSE deposits are processed instantly.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank’s authorization process.

Fees

Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
Additional withdrawals during that month incur the fee listed in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. We absorb transaction fees wherever possible; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

If you deposit funds into your Pinnacle account using PSE, withdrawals must be processed using bank transfer to the same bank account from which funds were deposited.
The bank account used for the deposit must be registered under the same name as your Pinnacle account.

Making a Deposit

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and select PSE in the deposit options.
Enter the required information, including your national ID number, and select your bank from the list of supported banks.
You will be redirected to your bank’s online banking page.
Log in to your bank account and authorize the payment.
Once the transaction is approved by your bank, the funds will be credited instantly to your Pinnacle account.

Making a Withdrawal

Withdrawals are not supported via PSE. Customers who deposit using PSE should withdraw via bank transfer using the same bank account from which funds were deposited.
