About Nequi

Nequi is a mobile-based digital wallet that allows users to send, receive, and manage money directly from their smartphones.

Processing Time

Nequi deposits are processed instantly.
Withdrawals over or equivalent to USD 10,000 may require longer processing times, and international financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

Fees

Pinnacle absorbs all Nequi transaction fees for deposits to your Pinnacle account.
Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
Additional withdrawals during that month incur the fee listed in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. Whenever possible, we absorb transaction fees; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

In order to receive payouts via Nequi, you must have an active Nequi account registered under your own name.
The ID number registered on your Pinnacle account must match the ID registered with your Nequi account.
If you deposit funds into your Pinnacle account using Nequi, payouts must be processed back to the same Nequi account until the total deposited amount has been fully returned, at a minimum.

Making a Deposit

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and select Nequi from the deposit options.
Enter the amount you want to send and your national identification number.
Information will be saved and it will no longer be necessary to enter it again after the first successful deposit.
Follow the instructions displayed in the Nequi app to authorize the transaction.
Once confirmed, the funds will be credited instantly to your Pinnacle account.

Making a Withdrawal

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and select Nequi in the withdrawal section.
Submit the request and complete any required verification steps.
If approved, funds will be transferred directly to your Nequi account.
