Key Mechanics
Up to $10 USD (or currency equivalent) of a player’s first in-play and/or first pre-match bet on any predefined soccer match (a ‘qualifying bet’) will, if their bet wins, qualify for leaderboard points and a chance to win the $25,000 USD prize stake (or currency equivalent).
Every player, after opting in and placing a qualifying bet, will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win one of five $250 USD (or currency equivalent) cash prizes. Only one entry per player.
Every player, after opting in and reaching the cumulative spend requirement of $10 USD in settled qualifying bets, will receive 25 Free Spins on our exclusive Pinnacle Majestic King slot game. Only one 25 Free Spins reward per player.
Eligibility and Participation
- 1. This promotion is available to existing players and new players who are eligible to register on Pinnacle.com.
- 2. Eligible players must opt in to the promotion on Pinnacle.com to participate.
- 3. The opt in period for this promotion is available to eligible players from 06:00 ET on September 11, 2023, to 23:59 ET on October 1, 2023.
- 4. To participate, eligible players must place a qualifying bet (defined below) during the promotional period.
- 5. A ‘qualifying bet’ is the first Single pre-match and/or first Single in-play bet placed on any match in the selected fixtures list (refer to the fixtures list below).
- 6. Multiples (Parlays), Teasers, and Futures bets will not be considered a qualifying bet and will not qualify for points on the leaderboard.
- 7. A bet will not be a considered a qualifying bet for the purposes of this promotion if, for any reason, it becomes void.
- 8. Eligible players who place a qualifying bet will:
- a. Be eligible, if the bet wins, to collect points towards the leaderboard for a chance to win the $25,000 USD prize stake; and
- b. Be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win $250 USD (or currency equivalent) in cash.
- 9. Eligible players who reach a cumulative spend of $10 USD on settled qualifying bets will receive 25 Free Spins to be used on the Pinnacle Majestic King slot game.

Specific Terms and Conditions - $25,000 USD Prize Stake Leaderboard
- 10. Eligible players must collect points to rank on the leaderboard.
- 11. Points can only be generated from qualifying bets that result in a win.
- 12. Points will only be generated on a maximum of $10 USD risked from a qualifying bet. Any amount risked above $10 USD will not generate additional points.
- 13. Points will be calculated based on the winnings of each qualifying bet ($1 USD = 1 point). For example:
- - Stake: $10 USD
- - Odds: 1.255
- - Winnings: $2.55 USD
- - Payout: $12.55 USD
- - Points generated: 2.55
- 14. The maximum number of points an eligible player can collect from each winning qualifying bet is 100.
- 15. Points will not be generated on the leaderboard for any losing, cancelled, or voided qualifying bets.
- 16. The leaderboard will be updated once every 24 hours.
- 17. The leaderboard will conclude on October 1, 2023 once all matches from the selected fixtures list have finished and qualifying bets have been settled.
- 18. The eligible player with the most points on the leaderboard will win the $25,000 USD prize stake.
- 19. In the event that there is a tie for first place on the leaderboard on October 1, 2023, the $25,000 USD prize stake will be split equally between all eligible players with the highest number of points.
- 20. The $25,000 USD prize stake can only be bet on selected soccer matches that will be determined by Pinnacle.
- 21. Pinnacle will contact the winner(s) via email and inbox message using the contact details registered on their Pinnacle account(s) on Monday, October 2, 2023 to notify them of their win, and to provide the list of selected soccer matches from which they can choose for their bet selection.
- 22. The winner(s) must respond to the notification within 72 hours of receipt to confirm acceptance of the prize and provide Pinnacle with their chosen bet selection.
- 23. Failure to respond within 72 hours of contact will result in the winner’s prize stake being forfeited and the runner-up on the leaderboard being selected as the new winner. In the event of multiple winners, any prize stake deemed forfeited by a winner will be pro-rated between the remaining winners.
- 24. The full $25,000 USD prize stake, or in the event of multiple winners, each split of the prize stake, must be bet in full on the soccer match chosen by the winner(s). The bet selection will be on match results only (overall winner of the match or draw [a draw is a loss unless draw was the selected outcome]).
- 25. The $25,000 USD prize stake will be placed on a soccer match playing between 00:00 ET on Saturday, October 7, 2023, and 23:59 ET on Sunday, October 8, 2023 (list previously provided to the winner(s) to choose from).
- 26. The winning player(s) will be subject to secondary screening and verification measures. Players who fail to meet the secondary screening measures will forfeit their right to the prize. If at any stage Pinnacle becomes aware that a player has provided incorrect personal details, all rights to the prize will be forfeited.
- 27. The $25,000 USD initial prize stake will not be included in any winnings associated with the bet.
- 28. The $25,000 USD prize stake will be placed via a Pinnacle-owned account and if successful, the winnings will be transferred to the winner’s Pinnacle account in cash within three working days. There are no rollover requirements associated with the winnings.
- 29. If the bet loses, there is a guaranteed $2,500 USD cash prize for the winner of the competition (no rollover requirements). In the event of multiple winners, the guaranteed $2,500 USD will be shared equally amongst each of the winners whose bet results in a loss. The winner(s) will not receive the guaranteed $2,500 USD cash prize should their bet win.
- 30. If required, the winning amount will be converted from USD to the currency set on the winner’s Pinnacle account at the rate used for the promotion.
Specific Terms and Conditions - $250 USD Prize Draw
- 31. All eligible players who opt in to the leaderboard and place a qualifying bet will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win $250 USD (or currency equivalent).
- 32. Maximum one entry per eligible player.
- 33. The prize draw will be held on October 2, 2023.
- 34. There will be five winners selected at random using a random number generator.
- 35. Each winner will receive $250 USD (or currency equivalent).
- 36. The $250 USD cash prize will be credited to the winning player’s Pinnacle account within 72 hours of the prize draw and will be freely withdrawable.
- 37. The winning player will be notified of the outcome via the contact details registered on their Pinnacle account.
Specific Terms and Conditions – 25 Free Spins
- 38. All eligible players who opt in to the leaderboard and spend a cumulative amount of $10 USD in settled qualifying bets will receive 25 Free Spins.
- 39. Maximum of one 25 Free Spins reward per eligible player.
- 40. Free Spins will be credited within 72 hours of the time the eligible player meets the $10 USD spend requirement in settled qualifying bets.
- 41. Free Spins can be used on our exclusive Pinnacle Majestic King slot game only.
- 42. Free Spins have a value of $0.25 USD per spin.
- 43. Free Spins must be used within seven days of being credited, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.

General Terms and Conditions

- 46. By participating in the promotion, eligible players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by Pinnacle according to these Terms and Conditions and Pinnacle’s privacy policy.
- 47. Pinnacle will use personal data for the purpose of administering the prize and contacting the winner(s).
- 48. All currency amounts are stated in US Dollars ($). Pinnacle’s currency conversions are final and will be fixed for the entire duration of the promotion.
- 49. In cases where Pinnacle revokes this offer or disqualifies players, bonuses, prizes and any associated winnings will be considered null and forfeited.
- 50. In the interest of fair gaming, we have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including the utilization of bonus funds to abuse our terms or covering multiple outcomes whilst betting a bonus in order to reduce or remove risk. Pinnacle reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings made from irregular play.
