Manchester City vs. Arsenal predictions

Manchester City

Manchester City will be looking to get back to winning ways after their defeat to Manchester United on Sunday when they face Arsenal in this rearranged fixture. Despite that defeat, Pep Guardiola’s side are still extremely strong when they have home advantage, and sit top of the xG table this season according to Infogol’s figures.

City have won their last six meetings with Arsenal in all competitions and despite key player Kevin de Bruyne being a doubt to play, the current champions should still be too strong for Mikel Arteta’s side.

Watford vs. Leicester City predictions

Leicester City

After their dramatic 3-0 win over Liverpool, Watford suffered a 1-0 defeat at Crystal Palace in Gameweek 29 and it illustrated how tough it can be to predict the Hornets results at present.

Leicester City have lost a little bit of form in the second half of the season, but they are still predicted to win this match, despite not having home advantage.

Gerard Deulofeu remains injured for Watford and this is a big blow to Nigel Pearson’s side’s chances of a positive result, but in-form winger Ismaila Sarr does have the potential to be a big threat for the hosts.

Norwich City vs. Southampton predictions

Norwich City

Norwich City take on Southampton in Gameweek 30, and this is a clash between two sides struggling at the bottom end of the table. The Canaries will be aiming to bounce back from a 1-0 loss to Sheffield United at the weekend, and after their last home game resulted in a victory over Leicester City, the odds predict this will be a game of fine margins.

Southampton should have a sufficient amount of points to survive relegation at this stage, and given the importance of the match Norwich, and their recent form, there could be value in Daniel Farke’s side’s odds.

Newcastle United vs. Sheffield United predictions

Newcastle United

Sheffield United

Newcastle United will be looking to build on their win at the weekend when they take on Sheffield United at St. James’ Park, but they face a very difficult task against a very well organised Sheffield United side.

The Blades form this season has been remarkable, and the odds predict that they stand a good chance of gaining all three points in this match.

However, Allan Saint-Maximin has been showing some fine form for the hosts and the French winger is certainly a player to keep an eye on.

Bournemouth vs. Crystal Palace predictions

Crystal Palace

Bournemouth come into this fixture off the back of a fine performance against Liverpool, despite suffering a 2-1 loss to the league leaders, and this will give them great confidence.

Palace managed to grind out a 1-0 win over Watford in their last league match and continue their solid season so far, but the fact that Bournemouth have home advantage in this fixture is what makes Eddie Howe’s side favourites in the odds.

The top scorer for Crystal Palace, Jordan Ayew is a player to watch out for in this match, the Ghanaian international currently has eight goals (6.48 xG) and has looked a real threat in recent weeks.

Aston Villa vs. Chelsea predictions

Aston Villa

Chelsea will be looking to build on their fine 4-0 win over Everton at the weekend when they travel to Villa Park in a match they are predicted to win against a struggling Aston Villa side.

Villa are currently battling to avoid relegation to the Championship and Dean Smith’s side will need to improve dramatically to make sure this doesn’t happen. They have been consistently poor all season, losing the xG battle in 22 of their 27 league matches, and this kind of form will not be good enough to beat Chelsea.

Ross Barkley has come into good form in the last few weeks and is a player to keep an eye on for the away side in this match.

West Ham vs. Wolves predictions

West Ham

West Ham United host Wolves in Gameweek 30 and it represents another tough matchup for the Hammers after losing to Arsenal last weekend. David Moyes’s side are hovering around the relegation zone, but they have picked up their form slightly over the past few weeks which is a positive side coming into the final stages of the season.

Wolves have been very impressive this season, winning the expected goals battle in 22 of their 29 league games, and have also been creating regular chances, so they are expected to get a result in this fixture.

Michail Antonio and new signing Jarrod Bowen, are ones to watch for the home side, and they will need to be on form if the London club are to get a positive result.

Tottenham vs. Manchester United predictions

Manchester United

In what is one of the highlight fixtures of the weekend, Tottenham take on Manchester United in a match that is key for both sides’ chances of finishing in the top four. Jose Mourinho will face his former club without key players Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, and that a big reason why Spurs have been so poor over the last few Gameweeks.

Marcus Rashford is still absent through injury for the Reds, but Bruno Fernandes has really stepped up to the plate since his arrival from Sporting Lisbon, and the Portuguese international will be the man to watch in this fixture.

Everton vs. Liverpool predictions

Goodison Park will host the Merseyside derby on Monday as Liverpool look to take another step towards their first ever Premier League title.

Everton have been struggling for form in recent weeks, failing to win their previous three league matches, and losing heavily to Chelsea 4-0 at the weekend. Carlo Ancelotti will be looking to put an end to this but his side faces an extremely difficult fixture in which to do so.

With the form that Jurgen Klopp’s side have been in this season and their attacking duo of Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane back playing well the odds are predicting an away win taking Liverpool one step closer to the Premier League title.
