Processing Time

As soon as you have completed the transaction at your bank, your Pix deposit will be added to your player account within 30 minutes.
Once reviewed and accepted, Pix withdrawals will be credited to your bank account within 30 minutes. In rare cases, it may take longer for the funds to be credited to your bank account.
Withdrawals over BRL 30,000 (or equal value) may require longer processing times, and international financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

Fees

Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
Additional withdrawals during that month incur the fee listed above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. Whenever possible we absorb transaction fees; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

All funds must be sent and received using your personal CPF number. The name registered to your CPF number must match the name on your Pinnacle account.
Pix accounts at Pinnacle are linked to your CPF number. If you want to change the bank account linked to your Pix payments at Pinnacle, you will need to update the information and Pix key with the banks first.
If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle account using Pix, payouts must be processed back via Pix up to, but not limited to, the amount initially deposited.
If you reach your monthly limits with Pix at Pinnacle and you wish to withdraw more, you may use the Bank Transfer option.

Making a Deposit

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and click on the Pix icon in the deposit section.
Enter the CPF and the amount and click "Submit".
You will receive a QR Code and a reference number, with instructions to complete the transaction.
Open your bank application and scan the QR Code or copy the number. Make sure the amount and the name of the beneficiary are correct.
If the information is correct you may proceed with payment and the funds will be added to your Pinnacle account.

Making a Withdrawal

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and click on the Pix icon in the withdrawal section.
Enter your name and the amount and click "Submit".
Once the transaction is approved, the funds will be deducted from your Pinnacle player account and credited to your bank account.

If this is your first withdrawal, please register your CPF Pix key by doing the following:

Open the banking app.
Go to the Pix section in the banking app.
Go to "Minhas chaves".
Press "Registrar chave" and register by CPF.
Once your bank confirms the key is registered, you can receive withdrawals via Pix.
