About iCash

iCash is a secure digital wallet that allows users to deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds quickly using a mobile phone or e-wallet account. It provides real-time processing for deposits and convenient withdrawals for verified users.

Processing Time

iCash deposits are processed instantly.
Withdrawals are usually processed within minutes after approval. Large withdrawals may require additional processing time.

Fees

Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
Additional withdrawals during that month incur the applicable withdrawal fee as listed in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules are fair and cost-efficient. While we absorb transaction fees wherever possible, failure to meet the deposit rollover requirement (three times the deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), in addition to any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement has not been completed.

Important Information

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same registered iCash account under the same name as the Pinnacle account holder.
If you deposit funds into your Pinnacle account via iCash, withdrawals must be processed back to the same account until at least the originally deposited amount has been returned.

Making a Deposit

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and select iCash in the deposit options.
Enter your registered document number
Follow the instructions displayed to authorize the transaction.

Once confirmed by iCash, the funds will be credited instantly to your Pinnacle account.

Making a Withdrawal

Log in to your Pinnacle account.
Go to the Cashier section and select iCash in the withdrawal section.
Enter your registered iCash account details.
Submit the withdrawal request and complete any required verification steps.

If approved, the funds will be transferred to your iCash account.
