Processing Time

  • Bank transfer deposits usually take a few minutes to be credited to your account. For Euro deposits, the time frame may be 1-3 banking days.
  • Bank transfer withdrawals are usually received within 1-2 hours from the moment they are requested in our Cashier. For Euro payouts, the time frame may be 1-3 banking days.
  • Bank transfers over EURO €7,000 (or equal value) may require longer processing times, and international banking regulations may require us to request additional documentation.

Fees

  • Each Pinnacle customer receives one free withdrawal per calendar month.
  • Additional withdrawals made during that month will incur the fee listed in the table above.
  • Bank wire transfers sent in currencies other than those in the instructions provided, may experience currency conversions (at the customer’s expense).
  • If you submit a bank wire withdrawal with incorrect banking details, we may pass on the banking fees of 50 EUR (or equivalent in your currency) to you.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure our payment processing rules strike a balance between being fair to our customers and free of fees, while also enabling us to keep offering the best value odds online. We absorb transaction fees wherever possible; however, failure to meet our deposit rollover threshold (three times deposit amount) will incur a 10% processing fee on the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: $20 USD or equivalent), plus any applicable withdrawal fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject withdrawals if the rollover requirement is not completed.

Important Information

  • Any reference provided in the instructions for sending the bank transfer must be provided as part of the bank transfer. Failure to do so will result in significant delays processing your deposit.
  • Customers using this option may need to submit proof of identity (ID) prior to any transactions being processed. We reserve the right to request additional supporting documents including, but not limited to, proof of address, source of funds, and other Due Diligence documentation.
  • The bank transfer instructions provided are for bank transfers only. They are not valid for Cash, Cheque, ATM, or any other method of funds transfer.
  • All funds must be sent and received in the same name as the account holder only. Funds sent in the name of a company will require additional documentation.
  • Funds received by Pinnacle sent by a person other than the account holder will not be accepted. Please make sure your personal details are correct.
  • If you deposit funds to your Pinnacle account using bank transfer, payouts must be processed using bank transfer up to, but not limited to, the amount initially deposited.
