processing time

• Trustly-Transactions are usually processed within a few minutes. In rare cases, however, transactions can take up to three bank working days.
• Note: Closing your browser or navigating away from the page at any point during the deposit process will result in a delay in your Pinnacle account being credited.
• Longer processing times may be required for withdrawals over EUR 7,000 (or equivalent). International financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

fees

• Pinnacle handles all relatedTrustly-Fees applicable to deposits, provided that the currency of the Pinnacle account is the same as the currency of the bank account used by the customer for the deposit.Trustlycharges a fee for currency conversion, which is billed to the customer.
• Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
• Subsequent withdrawals within the same month will incur the fee shown in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount 3 times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met. 

Important information

• In accordance with International Financial Regulations, all customers using this option must provide proof of identity and proof of address before the transaction can be processed. If you have not already done so, please log in and upload your documents in the "Personal data" section.
• Please note that any withdrawals where incorrect bank information is provided and subsequently refunded to Pinnacle will be subject to a minimum fee of $25 USD or equivalent in your currency.
• When funds are sent to or received from a bank account, the bank account must be registered with the same name as the Pinnacle account. Payments will not be processed if the name on the Pinnacle account and bank account do not match.

Any winnings derived from deposits subsequently found to have insufficient funds (NSF) or which Pinnacle is otherwise unable to collect will be void. For accounts with a negative balance, Pinnacle reserves the right to cancel any pending games whether or not they originate from an NSF deposit. If the NSF deposit is confirmed at a later date, the customer will only receive payments related to their original deposit. This rule applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

4. Sign in to your bank account to confirm the transaction.

make withdrawals

1. Sign in to your Pinnacle account.
2. Open the “Cashier” section of the website and select “Payout viaTrustly“.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit. Once your withdrawal request is complete, we will review and process the transaction.
4. You will be notified by email once the payout has been confirmed.

All accounts that use Trustly to deposit will be subject to a withdrawal hold until all deposits have been fully cleared.
