• Transactions are usually processed within minutes, but on rare occasions delays of up to 48 hours can occur
• All accounts that use Sofortüberweisung for deposits will be subject to a withdrawal freeze until all deposits have been fully cleared. Deposits via Sofortüberweisung are usually processed in 7 bank working days.

Deposit by direct transfer

1. Sign in to your Pinnacle account
2. Open the cashier and click on the instant transfer icon in the deposit area
3. Fill out the form and submit it. If the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to your Pinnacle account.

Important information

• If you use Sofortüberweisung to deposit funds into your account, withdrawals will be refunded up to the amount of the original deposit amount via bank transfer
• Sofortüberweisung is only available for customers in Austria with a Pinnacle account in EUR.

Please note that any winnings derived from deposits later found to have insufficient funds (NSF) or which Pinnacle is otherwise unable to collect will be void. For accounts with a negative balance, Pinnacle reserves the right to cancel any pending games whether or not they originate from an NSF deposit. If the NSF deposit is confirmed at a later date, the customer will only receive payments related to their original deposit. This rule applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.
