processing time

Pay4Fun transactions are processed within minutes.
Withdrawals over BRL 30,000 (or equivalent) may require longer processing times. International financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

fees

Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
Subsequent withdrawals within the same month will incur the fee shown in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount 3 times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met.

Important information

If funds are sent to or received from a Pay4Fun account, the Pay4Fun account must be registered under the same name as the Pinnacle account. Deposits made to Pinnacle from a Pay4Fun account that is not registered to the account holder will not be accepted. On the Login Information page, verify that your personal information is correct.

If you fund your Pinnacle account using Pay4Fun, withdrawals up to (but not limited to) the original deposit amount must be made to the same Pay4Fun account.

Open the cashier and click on the Pay4Fun icon in the deposit area.
Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit. If the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to your Pinnacle account.

Open the cashier and click on the Pay4Fun icon in the withdrawal section
Fill the form. The payout will be forwarded for processing.
Once the transaction has been approved, the withdrawal amount will be deducted from your Pinnacle player account and credited to your Pay4Fun wallet.
