- Depending on the bank you choose, it can take up to 48 hours between the transfer and the credit to Pinnacle.
- Longer processing times may be required for withdrawals over EUR 7,000 (or equivalent). International financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.
fees
- Pinnacle covers all transaction fees for transfers from local banks to the Pinnacle account.
- Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
- A fee applies for further withdrawals within the same month.
Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount three times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met.
Important information
- All funds must be sent and received from a local bank account registered in the Pinnacle account holder's name. Transfers to Pinnacle from anyone other than the account holder cannot be accepted. On the Login Information page, verify that your personal information is correct.
- The maximum amount you can deposit into your Pinnacle account through this solution depends on your verification status with the provider. In order to increase your transaction limit up to USD $10,000 per month, you need to verify your account with Astropay. To do this, contact compliance@astropay.com. Once your account is verified, the limits will be increased automatically.
Deposit
- Sign in to your Pinnacle account
- Open the "Cashier" section and select "Deposit by Wire Transfer from Regional Bank"
- Fill out the form and send it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit.
