processing time
- Instant Banking deposits are processed within minutes but can take up to 2 hours to be credited.
- It may take 1 to 2 business days for Instant Banking withdrawals to be credited to the customer's bank account.
- Note: Closing your browser or navigating away from the page at any point during the deposit process will result in a delay in your Pinnacle account being credited.
- Withdrawals over CAD$10,000 (or equivalent) may require longer processing times. International financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.
fees
- Pinnacle covers all instant banking deposit fees, except for additional customer fees incurred for each transaction.
- Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
- Subsequent withdrawals within the same month will incur the fee shown in the table above.
Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount 3 times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met.
Important information
- In accordance with International Financial Regulations, all customers using this option must provide proof of identity and proof of address before the transaction can be processed. If you have not already done so, log in and upload your documents in the "Personal data" section.
- Please note that any withdrawals where incorrect bank information is provided and subsequently refunded to Pinnacle will be subject to a minimum fee of $25 USD or equivalent in your currency.
- When funds are sent to or received from a bank account, the bank account must be registered with the same name as the Pinnacle account. Payments will not be processed if the name on the Pinnacle account and bank account do not match. Ensure that your personal information is correct by checking the "Account Information" option in your Pinnacle account.
Any winnings derived from deposits later found to be insufficient funds (NSF) or which Pinnacle is otherwise unable to collect will be void. For accounts with a negative balance, Pinnacle Sports reserves the right to cancel any pending games whether or not they originate from an NSF deposit. If the NSF deposit is confirmed at a later date, the customer will only receive payments related to their original deposit. This rule applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

- Go to the Cashier and click on the Instant Banking icon in the Withdrawals section.

All accounts funded via Instant Banking in CAD will be subject to a Withdrawal Hold until all deposits have been fully approved by Pinnacle. Deposits via Instant Banking are usually processed in 3 banking days.
