processing time

  • Transactions are processed within minutes
  • All accounts funded by e-check will be placed on hold until all deposits have been fully approved. E-check deposits are normally confirmed within 7 banking days.
  • For withdrawals, the funds are generally available within 8 to 12 banking days. Different deadlines may apply depending on the bank.
  • Withdrawals over CAD$10,000 (or equivalent) may require longer processing times. International financial regulations may require us to request proof of identification.

The maximum deposit amount increases with each confirmed transaction. The initial maximum deposit is $100 and the limit increases to $3,000. The limit displayed in the cashier is the current maximum deposit amount.

fees

  • Pinnacle covers all e-check transaction fees when depositing funds into the Pinnacle account.
  • Every Pinnacle customer receives one free payout per calendar month.
  • Subsequent withdrawals within the same month will incur the fee shown in the table above.

Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount 3 times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met 

Important information

  • Customers may only use one active bank account for Pinnacle e-check transactions at a time. Once registered, the bank account cannot be changed and will be used for all future e-check transactions.
  • E-checks are issued in Canadian currency only.
  • If you fund your Pinnacle account by e-check, withdrawals up to (but not limited to) the original deposit amount must be made to the same account used for the e-check deposits.

Please note that any winnings derived from deposits later found to have insufficient funds (NSF) or which Pinnacle is otherwise unable to collect will be void. For accounts with a negative balance, Pinnacle reserves the right to cancel any pending games whether or not they originate from an NSF deposit. If the NSF deposit is confirmed at a later date, the customer will only receive payments related to their original deposit. This rule applies to any remaining balance in the account, whether directly or indirectly derived from the NSF deposit.

Accounts with transactions later determined to have insufficient funds (NSF) will be subject to limitations on future deposits or may be permanently blocked by Pinnacle.

Verify your e-check details

  • Account Holder Name : The name on file with Pinnacle must match.
  • Account number : This is usually the number from the 6th digit.
  • Branch Code : Usually the first 5 digits of your account number
  • Routing number : A three-digit number

Deposit

  1. Go to the cash register from the account.
  2. From the deposit section, select the “E-Check” option.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit.

If the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to your Pinnacle account.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit.

Once the request is complete, the information will be forwarded to our customer care team for processing. You will be notified by email once the payout has been confirmed.
