Pinnacle makes every effort to ensure the payment process is fair to our customers and free of charge while allowing us to offer the best odds online. Whenever possible, we cover part of the transaction fees. However, if you do not meet our deposit turnover requirement (wagering the deposit amount 3 times), we will have to charge you a processing fee of 10% of the withdrawal amount (minimum fee: USD 20 or equivalent) and any applicable withdrawal fees. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse withdrawals if the wagering requirement has not been met.

Important information

  • Diners Club and Discover Card transactions are processed in USD only. The daily exchange rate provided on www.oanda.com is used for conversion into your local currency.
  • All transfers must be made using a card in the same name as the Pinnacle account holder. Transfers from cards registered to anyone other than the account holder will not be accepted at Pinnacle. On the Login Information page, verify that your personal information is correct.
  • Customers are asked to authorize their information.
  • You can use any withdrawal method possible for your account currency.

Credit/Debit Card Information

Customers must submit their Diners Club and Discover card information when using a card for the first time. This requires scanned copies of photo ID and card (front and back) which must be in our possession within 3 days of the initial deposit. All necessary information will be emailed to you once your card has been accepted.

  • Make sure your signature and all required information is clearly visible before uploading the documents.
  • Please do not capture the 3-digit CVV2 or CVC2 card security code when scanning the information on the card. This code is on the back of your card. Remove this information from the scanned image or obscure the number before scanning the back of your card.
  • Only documents uploaded via the secure upload service on our website will be accepted. Transmission and storage of all data is protected to the same standard required by major financial institutions around the world (including 128-bit certificate-based encryption technology).
  • Note that any winnings from deposits later found to be unclaimable will be void. For accounts with a negative balance, Pinnacle reserves the right to cancel any pending games, whether or not originating from an unclaimable deposit, and to permanently suspend the account.

Deposit

  1. Sign in to your Pinnacle account.
  2. Go to the cashier and click on the Diners Club and Discover icon in the deposit area.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, fill out the form and select submit. If the deposit is successful, the amount will be credited to your Pinnacle account.
