Conformal coating is particularly useful for protecting circuitry in severe service environments, while maintaining a low stress environment for components and connections. Such conditions include extreme temperature and humidity changes, the demands of military and industrial applications and automotive under-hood applications.

PDSi can conformally coat its own products, or those from a third party. After a thorough analysis of OEM-specific requirements, we will develop a program that best meets your needs. We provide coating services to military specifications and include warranty, service and logistical support once the product has been coated.
