PDSi’s hard drive service capability covers far more than simple repair. Our end-to-end process ensures that incoming units are initially screened to fast-track any no-trouble-found (NTF) units back into useful service. Defective units still under original warranty are returned to that supplier under RMA, while out-of-warranty are repaired and retested in PDSi’s three global facilities.

ECO’s and upgrades can be applied as required by the OEM, and obsolete units removed from circulation and properly scrapped. Final QA, labeling and packaging to OEM specifications are all efficiently managed to ensure that fully refurbished drives are rapidly returned into the OEM’s supply chain.
