System Overview
The TS2240 is a cost-effective NEBS® Level 3 compliant rack-mount or stand-alone platform. The TS2240 platform comes with either 2 Dual-Core or 2 Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processors, up to 16 GB of DDR2 memory, and features IPMI System Management. The compact TS2240 enclosure, 2U high by 20” Telco depth, features redundant rear DC power supplies, 4 front hot-swap 2.5” SAS or SATA disks, and modular high capacity redundant hot-swap fans. The TS2240 provides superior carrier grade cooling and serviceability - it uses cost effective CPUs without active heat sinks, while the redundant fans assure quiet cooling and can be quickly serviced. The TS2240 platform has been internally NEBS tested at PDSI.
PDSi’s platforms can be custom-configured and managed to provide long-life support. PDSI can also manage NEBS certification with customer specific PCI cards installed.
