System Overview

The TS1100 (AMD Version) platform is a 1U Telco Server featuring a single AMD dual core CPU. The rugged carrier grade steel chassis include six 13,000 rpm 40mm fans for superior cooling with redundancy. Air filtration is provided in a screw-on front bezel, which also has provisions for customer branding.

The chassis supports a full height and full length (12”) PCI card standard. With two high speed fans specifically directed at this large card space, large higher wattage cards can be installed with confidence.

A dual-feed DC power supply (400W) is standard, providing system continuity during battery maintenance windows. AC power is optionally available.

Two front facing 3.5” hot-swap disk drive bays accommodate SATA or Compact Flash drives. (Additional drives available by special order). The SATA drives are rated 10K RPM with 1.2M Hours MTBF in 100% duty cycle operation. This provides SCSI/SAS speed and reliability with SATA value and capacity. An optional DVD drive can also be installed.
