Founded in 1989, PDSi is a leading provider of application-specific hardware and global support solutions for the world’s largest OEMs.

PDSi began as a depot repair business for Sun Microsystems workstations, and currently repairs more than half of all Sun part numbers directly for the company. Today we perform repair for numerous other OEMs and manufacturers worldwide.

In 1996, PDSi became a publicly traded company, trading on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol PNS.

Throughout our history, PDSi has been able to introduce new technologies to market at a pace faster than our competitors, enabling our customers to realize revenue early in a product lifecycle where profit margins tend to be higher.

Each new program introduced by PDSi is deployed in conjunction with a reliable and proven project management methodology. To ensure our customers have access to the newest technology and ideas, PDSi’s engineering and design center continually focuses on the development of advanced architecture systems.
